How to export your leads and conversations

On the Leads page, click Export leads CSV or Export conversations CSV. The files download straight away. Only admins can export, up to 10 exports per hour.
Your data is yours. An admin can download it at any time.
Export
- In the Tend menu, open Leads.
- Click Export leads CSV or Export conversations CSV.
The same two buttons are also on Properties › Listings.
What is in each file
- The leads file — one row per lead: WhatsApp number, name, lead status, and their opt-in and consent details, with dates.
- The conversations file — one row per message: the conversation, the WhatsApp number, whether it was sent or received, who sent it, the message and when.
Good to know
- Only admins can export.
- A workspace can export up to 10 times an hour.
- Tend keeps a record of every export.
