Available now

WhatsApp Business Platform
Tend connects to your WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s official platform. The number then works in Tend instead of the WhatsApp Business app.
Your website forms
Your web developer can send enquiries from the forms on your website straight into Tend, so they become leads alongside your WhatsApp chats.
Spreadsheets
Import leads, listings and off-plan units from a spreadsheet (CSV), and download your leads and conversations the same way.
Your FAQs and brochure text
Paste your common questions and answers, or the text of brochures and payment plans, and Tend uses them to answer buyers.
Tend’s calendar
Viewings are booked into Tend’s own calendar. When Tend books a viewing on WhatsApp, the buyer gets reminders before it.
The Tend mobile app
For iPhone and Android, so agents can reply, work their call list and record viewings from their phone. Not yet listed on the public App Store or Google Play.
Email
Tend can also answer enquiries that arrive by email. It is switched on for each workspace on request.

Property portal leads
Receiving leads from property portals directly. It is not available yet.
Instagram and Facebook Messenger
Answering direct messages on Instagram and Messenger. This needs Meta’s approval first.
