Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Tend. By using the service you agree to them. If you are using Tend on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that agency.

Tend provides AI-assisted WhatsApp lead capture, qualification and booking, plus a CRM, off-plan inventory and reporting for real-estate agencies. Features and plans may change as the product evolves; we will not materially reduce a paid plan’s core features without notice.

You agree to:

• Use Tend only with a WhatsApp number and data you are authorised to use.
• Follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies, including consent and opt-out handling.
• Keep your login credentials secure and accurate.
• Not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully.

Your use of Tend is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain the controller of your contacts’ data; Tend processes it on your instructions to deliver the service.

Paid plans are billed per agency as agreed during onboarding. WhatsApp and Meta messaging fees are passed through at cost. Prices shown on the site are indicative and confirmed before you start.

We work to keep Tend available and reliable, with backups and recovery in place, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages (such as WhatsApp) may affect availability.

Tend is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Either party may end the agreement as set out in your plan. On termination, you can export your data, after which it will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
