Both put an AI agent on your WhatsApp number, often at similar prices. The difference is focus. A general tool serves many industries. Tend serves one, and it knows off-plan units, payment plans, EOI and SPA stages, and commission. If you are not a real estate brokerage, Tend is the wrong product.

Choose a general WhatsApp AI tool if…
Choose a general tool if you are not a real estate brokerage, if you run several kinds of business on one system, or if you want to build fixed button menus instead of letting an AI hold the conversation.
Choose Tend if…
Choose Tend if you are a Dubai brokerage and off-plan is a big part of your business. A general WhatsApp AI can answer a question about a property. It cannot work out the payment schedule for a specific unit, because it has nowhere to store one.
Common questions
Are the prices similar?
Often, yes. Tend starts at AED 499 a month for three agents. Choose on fit, not on price. At this level the monthly difference is small next to one lost deal.
Can we build button menus in Tend?
No. There are no button menus to build. Either the AI holds the conversation, or it sends one short reply and your agent takes over. If you want fixed, scripted paths, a general tool is the better fit.
