Comparison
Tend vs an established UAE property CRM
Established UAE real estate CRMs have served Dubai brokerages for more than ten years. They are strong on paperwork and on publishing listings to the portals.
Short answer
An established UAE CRM is the safer choice if you need compliance paperwork and portal listings from a vendor with a long track record. Tend is the better choice if WhatsApp enquiries wait hours for a reply. Tend can answer the buyer, ask the right questions and book the viewing without an agent. The two solve different parts of the same job.
Our bias, stated up front: We build Tend, so we are not a neutral party. We have tried to describe the other kind of product fairly and to say plainly when it is the better choice. What we say about it comes from public websites and pricing pages, checked on the date shown. If something is wrong or out of date, email hello@tend.ae and we will correct it.
How we compare: We compare on the things a Dubai brokerage actually feels in the first month: how fast a new WhatsApp enquiry gets answered, whether off-plan inventory can be modelled properly, whether the pipeline matches how UAE deals really close, and what it costs per month for a small team. Competitor details verified August 2026.
Where an established UAE property CRM is stronger
- Many years in the UAE market, with a track record you can check
- Compliance paperwork built in, such as RERA forms and Ejari documents
- Direct portal integrations and listing publishing
- Many public customer reviews, which a new product cannot match yet
Where Tend is stronger
- An AI agent that can answer a WhatsApp enquiry straight away, day or night
- It can ask the buyer about budget, area and timing, then book the viewing
- Off-plan set up properly: developer, project, block, unit and payment plans
- Replies in Arabic and English, and understands voice notes

Choose an established UAE property CRM if…
Choose an established CRM if you need RERA and Ejari paperwork made inside the CRM, if you need portal leads to flow in directly today, or if a long vendor track record matters more to you than reply speed.
Choose Tend if…
Choose Tend if your leads arrive on WhatsApp and wait for a reply outside office hours, if most of your business is off-plan, or if you want viewings booked even when no agent is free.
Common questions
Can we run both?
Yes. Some agencies do this while they switch. Tend handles WhatsApp, and your current CRM keeps the paperwork. You do not have to move everything on day one.
Does Tend generate RERA forms?
No. Tend does not make Form A, B, F, I or Ejari documents today. It stores the RERA permit and DLD registration numbers on each project, but it does not produce the forms.
What about our Property Finder leads?
Enquiries that reach you on WhatsApp are handled today. A direct Property Finder feed is on our roadmap. It is not live yet, and we would rather tell you now than on the call.
Is Tend cheaper?
Often, for a small team. Tend is priced per agency, not per user. AED 499 a month includes three agents and AED 999 includes five. Extra agents are AED 99 each. Compare against your real number of users.
