How to add your FAQs so Tend can answer buyers
Open Knowledge in the Tend menu. Under Add knowledge, give the entry a title, paste the text and click Ingest. Plain text is fine. Only admins can add or change the knowledge base.
Tend answers from your listings and from your knowledge base. The knowledge base is where you put everything a buyer asks that is not a listing detail: payment plans, fees, documents needed, viewing arrangements.
Add an entry
- In the Tend menu, under Manage, open Knowledge.
- Under Add knowledge, enter a Title, for example Cancellation policy.
- Paste the text into Content. Plain text is fine; no special format is needed.
- Click Ingest.
Only admins can add, edit or delete entries. Everyone else can read them.
What to put in
- The questions buyers ask your agents every week, with the answers you give.
- The text of brochures and payment plans. Paste the text itself; files cannot be uploaded.
- What happens at a viewing, and what a buyer should bring.
Keep each entry to one subject, and update it when the facts change. Use Edit on an entry to change it, or Delete to remove it.
