PropSpace is the safer choice if your priority is UAE compliance paperwork and portal publishing from a vendor with a long track record. Tend is the better choice if your biggest problem is that WhatsApp enquiries go unanswered for hours, because Tend answers, qualifies and books them without a human. They solve different halves of the same job.

Choose PropSpace if…
Choose PropSpace if generating Form A, B, F, I and Ejari paperwork inside the CRM is a hard requirement, if you need live portal lead ingestion today, or if buying from a vendor with a decade-plus track record matters more to you than response speed.
Choose Tend if…
Choose Tend if your leads arrive on WhatsApp and go unanswered outside office hours, if off-plan is the bulk of your business, or if you want qualification and viewing bookings to happen without an agent being free to do them.
Common questions
Can we run both?
Yes, and some agencies do during a transition — Tend on the WhatsApp front end while an existing CRM keeps the paperwork. Tend does not require you to move everything on day one.
Does Tend generate RERA forms?
No. Form A, B, F, I and Ejari generation is genuinely a PropSpace strength and not something Tend does today. Tend stores RERA permit and DLD registration fields on projects, but it does not produce the forms.
What about our Property Finder leads?
Enquiries that reach you over WhatsApp are handled automatically today. Direct Property Finder feed ingestion is on our roadmap and not live, and we would rather tell you that now than on the call.
Is Tend cheaper?
Usually for a small team, because Tend is priced per agency rather than per user — AED 499 includes three agents and AED 999 includes five, with extra agents at AED 99. Compare against your actual seat count rather than the headline.
